The Hikvision DS-PDCM15PF-IR adds eyes to your AX PRO alarm.

It is a camera module - not a standalone CCTV camera - that snaps onto the AX PRO wireless outdoor Tri-Tech detector and gives you visual verification of an alarm.

When the detector senses an intrusion, the module captures a short sequence of photos and sends them to the Hik-Connect app and, if monitored, to the alarm receiving centre, so you and the operator can see what set the alarm off and respond to genuine events rather than false ones.

It is designed for the job.

A 2 mm lens gives a wide 137° horizontal view that matches the detector's coverage, and the mounting bracket lets you align the camera angle to the detection area.

Images are in colour by day, and built-in infrared up to 15 m provides clear pictures at night.

The module shares the AX PRO system's two-way wireless link, with tamper protection, low-battery and RF supervision and active infrared anti-masking, and it is fully configurable through Hik-Connect.

The IP66 housing suits outdoor walls.

One DS-PDCM15PF-IR camera module with its mounting bracket and fixings. The AX PRO hub and the wireless outdoor Tri-Tech detector it attaches to are supplied separately.

Fit the module to the AX PRO wireless outdoor Tri-Tech detector using its bracket, and align the camera angle to the detection area. Enrol the detector in the AX PRO hub, then configure and test the module in Hik-Connect. It draws power from the detector, so no separate supply is needed, but it must be paired with a compatible wireless Tri-Tech detector and hub - confirm you have the wireless version of the detector.
