1. Power: Built-in solar panel + battery. Position the panel facing north (Southern Hemisphere) for maximum sun. 2. Connectivity: Insert a 4G SIM card. Ensure mobile coverage at the site. 3. Mounting: Pole mount (included). Recommended height 3–4 m. 4. Battery: Charges during daylight. Runtime depends on usage and sunlight hours — typically continuous in Australian conditions.

How much data does it use per month?
Depends on recording mode. Event-triggered recording uses much less than continuous. Expect 5–30 GB per month for typical motion-triggered use.

Yes. The battery stores enough charge for several overcast days. In Australian conditions, solar keeps it running year-round.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300 AUD, Australia-wide. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $25, calculated at checkout. Tracking is included on every order.
What warranty do you offer?
All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Do you offer installation?
