§ 01Overview

What the MY369AU is

The Digiflex MY369AU is the mobile communicator for a Bosch Solution 6000. It fits panels running firmware V2.51.04+ and gives them a 4G GPRS/IP path for alarm reporting and app control, so a site without a fixed internet connection, or one that wants a path independent of the router, can still report and be controlled remotely.

The hardware is straightforward: a dual carrier SIM for the mobile side, an RJ45 port on the module, and the antenna in the box. App control runs through the MyAlarm iFob Control app, a subscription service run by MyAlarm rather than Bosch, and the module requires that subscription to be of use.

It is not a stand-alone device and not a replacement for the panel's own dialler or Ethernet module; it adds a mobile route alongside them. Confirm the panel firmware before ordering, because panels below V2.51.04 do not take it, and it is listed for the Solution 6000 only. The module carries a 36 Months warranty.

§ 08Questions

Frequently asked about the MY369AU

Q.01

What does the Digiflex MY369AU do?

The Digiflex MY369AU is a 4G GPRS/IP interface module for the Bosch Solution 6000 with a dual carrier SIM, an RJ45 port and an included antenna. It gives the panel a mobile data path for reporting and app control.
Q.02

Which panels does it suit?

The Bosch Solution 6000 on firmware V2.51.04 or later. It is not listed for the Solution 2000, 3000 or 4000 panels.
Q.03

Do I need a MyAlarm subscription?

Yes. App control of a Solution 6000 goes through the MyAlarm iFob Control app, a paid subscription service that is not run by Bosch, and the module requires it.
Q.04

Which carriers does the dual carrier SIM use?

The module is supplied with a dual carrier SIM. Confirm the carriers, coverage at the site and any data plan with your installer before ordering, because the mobile path is only as good as the signal where the panel sits.
Q.05

What is the RJ45 port for?

It provides a cabled IP connection point on the module in addition to the mobile path. Your installer sets up which path the panel uses for reporting and which for app access.
Q.06

Is an antenna included?

Yes. The antenna is included with the module, so nothing extra is needed for the radio side.
Q.07

Do I still need a phone line or an Ethernet module?

The module adds a mobile path; it does not remove the panel's other communication options. Many sites keep a wired path as well and use the mobile one as backup or as the main route where there is no fixed internet.
Q.08

What is the warranty?

The module carries a 36 Months warranty in Australia.
