01Overview

What the MY369AU is

The Digiflex MY369AU exists for the sites where the internet is the weak link. A panel that reports over the building’s router stops reporting when the router does, and a mobile path answers that by not depending on the fixed connection at all.

App control is not built into the module. It runs through the MyAlarm iFob Control app, a subscription service, so the app and the notifications that come with it depend on that subscription being active.

What arrives is complete on the radio side. The antenna is in the box, and the dual carrier SIM means the module is not tied to one network at the address, which matters where one carrier is weak inside the building. The RJ45 port gives a cabled connection point as well.

It suits the Bosch Solution 6000 only, so a Solution 2000, 3000 or 4000 needs a different module, and a panel below V2.51.04 cannot take it. Check the panel firmware before ordering. The module carries a 36 Months warranty.
