What the DS-3E1326P-EI(B) is

The Hikvision DS-3E1326P-EI(B) is a smart managed switch with 24 Fast Ethernet PoE ports and two Gigabit combo uplinks.

Add the actual maximum power demand of each device before assigning ports; the 30 W per-port limit does not allow all 24 ports to draw 30 W together. The DS-KD8003-IME1(B) PoE door station is an example of a standard PoE endpoint to include in the system power calculation.

Each combo uplink uses its copper or fibre connection, not both as separate simultaneous ports. Select suitable SFP modules and fibre where required, configure VLANs for the planned network, and verify long-range performance with the installed camera and cable.
