The Dahua DHI-ARA12-W2 is a wireless indoor siren for the Dahua AirShield alarm system. When the system is triggered it sounds a loud alarm of up to 84 dB to startle an intruder and alert anyone inside, with three volume levels so you can match it to the room. It runs about four years on its battery and is part of a system, so it needs an AirShield hub to work.
