At the heart of the camera is Smart Hybrid Light technology, combining an F1.0 aperture with a high-efficiency white-light LED and an IR LED. By day you get crisp 3K (2960 × 1665) detail; after dark the camera keeps recording in full colour using the white light, or switches to infrared where a low-profile night view is preferred. Both illuminators reach up to 40 m.

06Setup

Installation & setup

  1. Run your cabling first

    Run one RG59/U or RG6 coaxial cable and one 2-wire 12 VDC power cable from the camera position back to your TVI DVR/XVR and power supply. Keep coax runs within the length supported by your recorder.

  2. Mount the camera

    Fix the bracket to a wall, ceiling or eave with the supplied screws. Angle the head (pan 0-360°, tilt 0-180°) so the target sits in the centre of the frame.

  3. Wire it up

    Connect the coax to the DVR's video-in (BNC) and power the camera from a quality 12 VDC adapter (max 6.8 W). If you use the 18 m high-impedance extension cable from the kit package, a 15 VDC adapter is required for best performance.

  4. Configure the recorder

    Add the camera to your DVR/XVR, set the resolution to 3K (2960 × 1665) at 25 fps, then tune image parameters (saturation, brightness, contrast, sharpness, anti-banding, AGC) to your scene.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
