What the DS-2TD1217-2/QA is

Hikvision DS-2TD1217-2/QA combines a thermal sensor and a visible-light camera in one turret. The two views support investigating temperature changes and understanding activity around the monitored area.

The thermal channel has 160 × 120 resolution and a 1.8mm lens, alongside a 4MP optical channel. Temperature measurement covers -20°C to 150°C with specified accuracy of ±8°C; select it for site monitoring rather than medical temperature screening.

Configured events can use audible and white-light warnings. Provide 12V DC or PoE and plan storage, detection rules and the measurement environment before commissioning the camera.

A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
