Description

The Hikvision DS-KD-INFO is an information module for a compatible modular video door station. It provides an entrance information panel with automatic backlight switching according to environmental conditions. The module has an RS-485 interface, IP65 protection and 1.5 W power consumption. It measures 98.42 mm by 94.4 mm by 33.8 mm. Select a supported main station and mounting frame for the complete assembly. What the DS-KD-INFO is

The Hikvision DS-KD-INFO adds a dedicated place for entrance information in a modular panel. It separates site guidance from the active calling and access modules around it.

Choose the information module around the space available in the mounting frame. It does not provide call buttons or audio functions, and it should not be confused with the interactive contact-list display module.

What warranty do you offer?

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Do you offer installation?
