Hikvision DS-K1T502DBWX-CQR combines card, PIN and QR access with a video intercom call point. It supports wired or Wi-Fi networking with a separate DC power connection.

A visitor can call an indoor station, the management centre or Hik-Connect. SIP intercom support also provides an integration path with the named server platforms, while Wiegand connects to an external access controller.

Select the credential and door hardware together. Local and platform-based PIN settings support different management arrangements, and Bluetooth provides another door-release method.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
