§ 01Overview

What the QNF-C9010V is

The Hanwha QNF-C9010V is the outdoor vandal variant of the QNF-C9010 fisheye — same 12MP sensor, same 1.76mm fisheye lens, same 185° field of view, same AI analytics — but built for exposed outdoor deployment with IP66 and IK10 ratings.

The 1.76mm F1.8 fisheye lens covers 185° horizontal × 185° vertical at 3008x3008 resolution, capturing a full wide-area view from a single pole, mast, or wall mount.

On-camera dewarping outputs original fisheye, single panorama, double panorama, and quad view streams in parallel.

AI classifies Person and Vehicle detections on-camera; WiseNRⅡ AI-driven noise reduction preserves detail in low-light outdoor scenes.

120dB WDR handles backlit facades and mixed-lighting entries.

Business intelligence includes on-camera people counting and heatmap analytics for retail, plaza and corporate campus deployments.

PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3) power.

Suited to large outdoor facilities: campuses, warehouse perimeters, car parks, logistics terminals where a single wide-area vantage point + forensic-grade resolution justifies the fixed panoramic design.

§ 04Why choose this

Built for the way you actually use the QNF-C9010V

Outdoor Vandal Coverage Where Fixed Cameras Fall Short

One mast or pole-mounted fisheye at 185° horizontal × 185° vertical covers a car park, plaza, or courtyard from a single position. IP66 + IK10 ratings survive the outdoor environments where an indoor fisheye would fail within a season.

Forensic-Grade 12MP Detail

At 3008x3008 the sensor provides genuine forensic-grade detail across the full 185° view — not interpolated upsampling. Digital zoom into a specific area of a wide car park or plaza still resolves usable detail for incident review.

On-Camera Dewarping

Panorama and quad-view streams are produced on the camera itself — the VMS receives already-flat streams without needing to run dewarping geometry. Meaningful on multi-camera sites where VMS compute is a shared resource.

Q-Core AI Object Classification

Person and Vehicle classification runs on-camera at Q-series price. Rule triggering scopes to specific object classes, filtering wildlife and irrelevant motion out of the alert stream.

§ 05Where it fits

Right at home in these scenarios

Car Park Overhead Coverage

Mast-mounted fisheye covers a full car park lot from above; vehicle classification supports lane-specific rule alerts; heatmap identifies utilisation patterns for the operator.

Warehouse Yard & Perimeter

One overhead fisheye covers a full loading yard footprint; Person + Vehicle classification isolates real events from forklift movement.

Campus Quadrangle Centres

Central-pole mount covers all four surrounding buildings in one 185° view; single install replaces four perimeter cameras.

Public Plaza & Outdoor Retail

Wide plaza and open-air retail coverage from one mount; on-camera heatmap and people counting feed operational analytics.

Logistics Terminal Loading Zones

Truck arrival and dispatch areas covered from a single mount with vehicle classification differentiating truck arrivals from other movement.

§ 08Questions

Frequently asked about the QNF-C9010V

Q.01

How does the QNF-C9010V differ from the indoor QNF-C9010?

Same 12MP sensor, same 1.76mm fisheye lens, same 185° field of view, same AI analytics. The difference is the housing: this V variant has IP66 and IK10 ratings for outdoor deployment; the indoor QNF-C9010 has IP42 rating (indoor dust/drip only). Choose the V variant for outdoor exposure (poles, masts, exposed walls).
Q.02

How large an area can one camera cover?

185° horizontal × 185° vertical from an outdoor pole or wall mount effectively covers a full car park lane, warehouse yard segment, or courtyard from a single position. Actual usable coverage depends on mount height and target subject distance from the camera.
Q.03

Why no IR on a 12MP fisheye?

Wide-angle IR is inefficient — IR LEDs must spread across a very wide arc, giving low intensity at the far corners. Instead, this camera relies on ambient street/site lighting plus 0.02 Lux colour sensitivity. For sites with poor after-hours lighting, plan supplementary lighting; for full-darkness scenes, an IR-equipped fixed-lens camera is a better fit.
Q.04

What forensic resolution does this deliver?

3008x3008 pixels across the 185° field of view provides forensic-grade detail — enough pixel density that digital zoom into a specific area of a wide-area shot still resolves identifying detail for faces, vehicles, and licence plates during incident review.
Q.05

What VMS platforms does it integrate with?

ONVIF Profile S / G / T / M so it drops into any ONVIF-compatible VMS. Native Wisenet WAVE and SSM integration is fullest; SUNAPI (HTTP API) documented for custom code.
Q.06

Do the four dewarped views count as four channels on the NVR?

No. The four dewarped views are produced by the single camera and delivered as multiple video streams from one device. The camera consumes one channel licence on most VMS platforms.
Q.07

What AI features are included?

On-camera AI classification of Person and Vehicle detections plus WiseNRⅡ AI-driven noise reduction; business intelligence includes people counting and heatmap. No separate BI or ANPR platform required.
