What the DHI-NKB1000-E is

Dahua DHI-NKB1000-E gives an operator physical joystick control of compatible PTZ cameras and recorders. The three-axis joystick handles pan, tilt and zoom, while keys provide access to presets and supported camera movements.

The keyboard offers direct serial control and network control modes. RS-232, RS-485, RJ45 and USB connections allow it to fit several control arrangements; the RS-422 connection is reserved.

Check the target device and control protocol before installation. USB connection is documented for SmartPSS or DSS, while supported serial dome protocols include DH-SD1, PELCO-D and PELCO-P.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
