What the TR-CM24-IN is

The Uniview TR-CM24-IN is the ceiling half of a pendant installation, listed for the IPC323X series fixed dome. It fixes to the ceiling and carries the camera below it, which is what a high ceiling or a suspended grid needs when a flush dome would be looking at the wrong things.

It is aluminium alloy in white, 223.5mm long and weighing 0.25kg, with an NPS 3/4" thread, and it suits fixed dome, dome, mini dome, turret, fisheye, mini PTZ and UFO camera types. It does not include the camera or the ceiling fixings, and it is a ceiling mount rather than a wall or pole bracket. The warranty is 12 Months.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
