The Hikvision DS-KH8350-WTE1 is a 7-inch IPS indoor intercom station for answering visitors and viewing a compatible door station. What the DS-KH8350-WTE1 is

The Hikvision DS-KH8350-WTE1 gives residents a dedicated place to answer the door inside the building. Its touch interface combines visitor communication with viewing of configured door-station and camera feeds.

Choose the network route around the room location. Wi-Fi offers a data connection where appropriate, but the station still needs PoE or DC power; wireless networking does not make it a battery device.

This is the standard metal-front indoor unit, not a white colour variant. It does not provide an outdoor entrance camera of its own, so select the complete door-station pairing before ordering.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge.
