Hikvision DS-KD8003Y-IME2/S Steel Two-Wire Door Station
The Hikvision DS-KD8003Y-IME2/S is a stainless steel two-wire main unit for a compatible modular video door station. Its 2 MP fisheye camera and infrared lighting support visitor viewing, while the microphone, speaker and physical call button provide the entrance intercom functions. The unit has two lock-control relays and is powered through a compatible KAD704Y or KAD706Y-series distribution unit. Choose the mounting housing, indoor station and required extension modules around the complete two-wire system. What the DS-KD8003Y-IME2/S is
The Hikvision DS-KD8003Y-IME2/S uses a stainless steel finish and forms the camera and calling point in a compatible two-wire entrance system. Its modular arrangement lets the installer select the additional entrance functions and mounting format needed at the site.
The two-wire connection is central to the system design. This model has a two-wire IP interface and no standard Ethernet network interface, so an ordinary PoE switch is not a substitute for the specified distribution arrangement.
Consider the entrance view and lock circuits together when planning the installation. The main module provides visitor communication, while housing selection, compatible indoor devices and correct lock wiring complete the system.
