Description

The Hikvision DS-KD-TDM is a touch-display extension module for a compatible modular video door station. Its 4-inch IPS touchscreen has 480 × 480 resolution and can present number dialling, PIN entry, a contact list and advertising information. An M1 card reader provides an additional access method, and the module stores up to 2000 contacts. It is supplied with 12 VDC by the main module and consumes up to 4 W. Select the compatible main station and mounting assembly separately. This product is not a standalone video door station or an indoor intercom monitor. What the DS-KD-TDM is

The Hikvision DS-KD-TDM brings touch-based selection and M1 card reading to a modular entrance station. The display can organise visitor choices through a dial pad or contact list rather than relying only on physical nametag buttons.

The compatible main station remains essential for the complete system. A reserved TF-card interface should not be treated as an available recording feature, and the touchscreen module does not replace the camera and audio functions of the main unit.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300 AUD, Australia-wide. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $25, calculated at checkout. Tracking is included on every order.

What warranty do you offer?

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Do you offer installation?

We can connect you with licensed installers in Sydney and Melbourne. Installation typically starts from around $200 per camera depending on cable runs and site conditions. Email sales@smarket.com.au with your address and camera count for a quote.
