Description

The Hikvision DS-KABD8003-RS2 is a protective rain shield for a compatible two-module surface-mounted video intercom installation. Made from SECC, it measures 224 mm by 116.4 mm by 58 mm and has a net weight of 0.525 kg. It is designed around the two-module modular door-station arrangement and pairs with the appropriate surface housing, including DS-KD-ACW2. Select the shield alongside the electronic door station and housing; it does not replace either component. Check the exact module layout and available wall space before ordering, and do not assume that the shield makes every assembled intercom system waterproof. What the DS-KABD8003-RS2 is

The Hikvision DS-KABD8003-RS2 adds a protective surround to a two-module surface door-station installation. Its role is different from the frame that secures the intercom modules to the wall.

Match the shield to the intended housing and module count. A rain shield cannot compensate for an incompatible frame or incomplete installation, and no complete-system ingress rating is claimed for this accessory on its own.

All cameras, NVRs and DVRs come with a 3-year back-to-base manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Hard drives and accessories are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are different: we cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no charge. Do you offer installation?
