Network Connection: Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable with UV-rated outdoor jacket for external runs, supporting up to 100-metre cable distance at full 6MP performance. 3. Mounting Surface: Solid wall or eave surface capable of supporting 515g camera weight, with recommended mounting height between 2.5-3.5 metres and 15-30° downward tilt for optimal facial recognition.

App Setup

1. Download the free Hik-Connect app from Google Play or Apple App Store and create an account for remote access without ongoing subscription fees. 2.
